We recommend a car to get around San Antonio and have plenty of driveway and street parking for multiple cars.

- No parties! If a party is thrown, the police will be called and a fine will be assessed.
- Please drink responsibly. All drinking should occur inside the home in a safe manner.
- Out of respect for our neighbors, please limit noise after 10pm
-The maximum number of guests is 16.
-Unauthorized guests will incur a $50/guest/night fee
- The person that books the property is responsible for any damages that occur during your stay, accidental or not.

Summary: Had a great time at this property with plenty to do between visits to Seaworld and downtown San Antonio. There was something for everyone that allowed us to relax during Spring Break.

Summary: We had a great time. Check-in was easy and the overall amenities were great. The home is very spacious andwell kept. Overall, a hit with all of my family. On a side note, I would bring slippers for this property as it’s mostly tile Which we loved.
